Yesterday we had a customers owner closet key not working. This was a first time cleaning for us so we wore instructed to get the linens out of the owners closet at the first cleaning. Since the key did not work we sent our maintenance man over to see what he could do. A few minutes later we are in the closet and the owner is back in business. She was very upset because she was not sure what she was going to do since she had customers coming in two days later. She was very pleased as she really did not know what to do other than call a Locksmith. One more catastrophe averted. Seriously this is not a huge issue for us but is always nice to have a pleased customer. We consider this part of building a relationship of trust by letting her know we will be there for her when she needs us.
