Keys Security

Most K Tori’s Cleaning Service customers leave a key in our office. We will issue your key the day of your scheduled cleaning, and it will be returned by the end of the day.

Alarm Security

If you have an alarm system at your home/business and it is simple to operate, you can give instructions on its operation to us. If your alarm system is complicated, we prefer that your alarm be left off on the day of the cleaning.

Cancellation

If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify us 2 business days before the scheduled cleaning. This will allow us to reassign your team to another appointment. If we receive less than 2 business days’ notice, or can’t access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge a $35 fee.

To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to us at tori@ktoris.com or phone (850) 541-2576 or fax us at (850) 233-1459. Please do not communicate these important details with service providers. If for some reason you wish to terminate your services, please be sure to submit this in writing.

Arrival Notice

If you would like to be at your property to let us in please realize it is difficult to give exact times of arrival. To help minimize your wait we can offer call to meet appointments. We want to make your life as easy as possible and the best way to help us do this is by leaving a key and security instructions in our office.

Payments

K Tori’s Cleaning Service accepts all major credit cards, cash and checks. Customers are required to pay for there cleaning service at the time of cleaning unless other arrangements have been made. You may leave a credit card on file at our office. If leaving payment for your housekeeper to pickup please leave it in an envelope sealed.

A $25.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the scheduled service day and a $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks.

Refunds

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with K Tori’s Cleaning Service. In the event you are not satisfied with our service please contact us with in 24 hours of the cleaning service and we will return to correct the area of dissatisfaction with in 24 hours.

Referral Fee

Should you wish to hire a present or past K Tori’s Cleaning Service staff member there will be a $750.00 referral fee. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from K Tori’s Cleaning Service. If the fee is not paid, we reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection.

Breakage and Loss Policy

We are fully bonded and insured though certain items are excluded such as cash and jewelry. So please do not leave your valuables and cash unlocked the day of service.

In the event something is damaged during the cleaning service please contact us with in 24 hours of the cleaning service. We will do our best to rectify the problem ASAP.

Quality Assurance

We inspect a great number of our housekeepers home services. We do our best to arrive when the housekeeper is there cleaning your property. We will sometimes inspect the housekeepers work after they have left.
