Q. Is a linen service include in the fees above?
A. Yes provided you have two sets of linens. If you have only one set, the linens will have to be washed on site and you will be charge an hourly rate of $35 beyond the time needed to clean your property.
Q. Can you change light bulbs, air filters and this kind of thing?
A. Yes we have a maintenance department that can handle most handyman type issues for $35 per hour. Housekeeping personnel do not perform any kind of maintenance.
Q. Are there things you charge extra for and how much?
A. Yes we may slightly raise your service fee if you have hallway beds, air mattress linens, multiple sleeper sofas or a very large bathroom. Hallway bunks, etc, are calculated as an additional room.
Q. What if someone gets locked out, or I need you to go to my property to take care of something unexpected?
A. We charge $35 per hour for tasks over and above the standard cleaning.
Q. What happens if someone leaves my property extra dirty or damaged?
A. Properties left excessively dirty or damaged by visitors will be cleaned and made ready for the next guest but there will be an additional $35 per man hour fee. We will clean/make repairs to prepare your property for the next guest. We will take pictures and give you a report on your property in the event that something unexpected has happened.
Q. What do you supply?
A. For the kitchen we provide 1 roll of paper towels, two dish-tabs and 1 bottle of dish-soap. For each bathroom we provide 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 to 2 small hand soaps, 1 large bath-soap and 1 bottle of conditioning shampoo (our bath soaps are Gilchrist & Soames) and 2 trash liners for each trashcan.
