Our competitive rates, high reliability and quality make us the clear choice for your house cleaning needs.
Our rates are strait forward at 7.5 cents per square foot with a
$65 minimum for an efficiency
$75 minimum for 1 bedroom
$85 minimum for 2 bedroom
and
$95 minimum for 3 bedroom.
First cleaning is 15 cents per square foot.
Example Rates:
1000 square feet or less = $75.00
1500 square feet = $112.50
2000 square feet = $150.00
3000 square feet = $225.00

FAQ
Q. Is a linen service include in the fees above.
A. Yes provided you have two sets of linens. If you have only one set, the linens will have to be washed on site and you will be charge an hourly rate of $35 beyond the time needed to clean your property.
Q. Can you change light bulbs, air filters and this kind of thing.
A. Yes if you leave the required supplies we would be happy to change basic things such as air filters and light bulbs as needed .
Q. Are their things you charge extra for and how much..
A. Yes we may slightly raise your service fee if you have hallway beds, air mattress linens, multiple sleeper sofas or a very large bathroom. Generally we will only raise your service rate a maximum of $5.00 per event listed above.
Q. What if someone gets locked out or I need you to go to my property to take care of something unexpected.
A. We charge $35 per hour for task over and above the standard cleaning.
Q. What happens if someone leaves my property extra dirty or damaged.
A. Properties left excessively dirty or damaged by visitors will be cleaned and made ready for the next guest but there will be an additional $35 per man hour fee. Before this takes place we will attempt to contact you. If you are unavailable we will clean/make repairs to prepare your property for the next guest. We will take pictures and give you a report on your property in the event that something unexpected has happened.
Q. Do you offer any kind of maintenance service.
A. We can handle minor maintenance problems at rate of $35 per hour.
